How can I request a quote?

We offer free measuring and free quotes. The first step is to visit our showroom. We can walk you through your flooring options, and while you are here, we can schedule a time for us to measure your room(s) free of charge and provide you with a quote.

I need help making a selection, do you offer design services?

We offer in-store design consultations, no appointment is necessary. To prepare for your visit, take pictures of the space you would like help with, bring paint samples, a pillow or swatch of any fabrics/furnishings, a cabinet door/drawer or other pieces of inspiration you’d like to use. Any items you bring can help us envision your space and then help you review our samples that we feel could pull the whole design together.

Can I order samples?

All of the samples we have on display in our showroom are free to borrow so you can see the color options in the lighting of your home, with your furnishings, decorations and paint colors.

Will you move furniture or appliances?

Yes, we do offer the service of furniture and appliance moving.

Will you rip and dispose of my old flooring?

Yes, we can include this in your quote so you can see the cost for yourself.

Do you offer electrical, plumbing or carpentry services?

We do not offer these services, but we can refer you to local, licensed tradesmen that can help you.

Do you offer sales or promotions?

Our sales and promotions change throughout the year. Please check out our Promotions Page for more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Our customers can pay with a personal check, money order cash or a credit card of their choice. We take all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa.

Can I purchase just materials from you? I have my own installer/I want to install it myself.

YES! Some of our customers have their own installer already or take on a DIY project. We are here to help you with the design, ordering and product knowledge of anything we sell in the store.

How do I care for my new floors? 

Each flooring manufacturer provides guidelines on how to take care of the floor you purchased. Contact Us to receive a copy of a care and maintenance guide for your specific floor.  Additionally, the information on the Carpet Rug Industries website has proved be helpful when tackling spills on carpet or even purchasing the right vacuum!
